Visitors and societies are very welcome to play on our course subject to the availability of tee times. Book a tee time through the Visitor Online booking link or telephone in advance to enquire about availability. Visiting students please contact the Club Manager to make a booking.

Societies
At Merchants we welcome visiting parties and are happy to provide a tailored package for small groups, societies, charities or businesses. Special rates are available. You will receive a warm welcome from our Clubhouse and Professional staff. We can readily cater for parties so why not discuss your specific requirements with our Club Steward and Chef. You can pick from a range of standard menus or we can offer hot and cold buffets, table service or a range of snack meals.
